Just then done it hazel.
You get offered a zip file with the option to change to some other download type which I haven't yet tried. Stuck with the default zip option.
The zip option is as shown here (email blanked) ...

An ".mbox" file is a new one on me, which I'll look into, and that's as far as I've gone.
EDIT: Notice the "available until" date in pic 1. Does that mean the download, or is the file gonna self destruct on my hard drive?
