Hi,
downloading CCleaner from both .de as wel as .com results in to files:
ccsetup213_slim.exe 0 KB
ccsetup213_slim.exe.part some 1000-2000 KB.
None of them is executable.
Do you know why?

Is this the first time you have downloaded CCleaner to use?
Have you tried here?

Are you choosing save and not run when faced with the download box?
XP or vista?
Are all your virus/malware scans up todate?
...also if the download is corrupted each time this is the old tried and true method of possibly getting a download to work:
1. Use the built in browser tools to empty the browser cache, this is called Temporary Internet Files in Internet Explorer.
2. Close the browser.
3. Try the download again.
