My CCleaner Pro v6 license expired and went back to the free version. I upgraded from free back to Pro yesterday. The $19 charge was put on my credit card. Today CCleaner Pro V7 auto installed, but it’s requiring me to sign up with a new $14 charge today. If I go ahead and pay the additional $14 charge is CCleaner smart enough to back out yesterday’s $19 charge?
Don’t purchase again, simply use the licence key that you got for v6 to activate v7.
Thanks. Didn’t know that Cleverbridge was the subscription service for CCleaner. I ignored the email which had my licence key. I found it in my spam folder.
Cleverbridge are the subscription service providers for many softwares, big names and smaller ones.
