I always was able to watch an ad for a full clean but now it seems that option isn’t available? Would appreciate any guidance
Sorry, but I have no idea what you are meaning by that.
Could you explain a bit more what you mean by “watch an ad”?
Could you explain what you mean by “full clean”? (CCleaner has “Health Check” or “Custom Clean”).
Hi @Colleen,
The option to watch an ad to receive a one time Premium Clean in CCleaner Android should be available.
I have tested this and received the offer.
May I ask how long ago you installed the app?
We got no idea
Sometimes those ad-rewarded features or promotional triggers roll out in waves or get shifted around depending on regional updates and app versions. When managing dynamic UI states—like the ones we test on our mobile layout over at (App name removed by Admin) —minor app updates can occasionally alter how certain buttons or prompts appear.
Clearing the local cache or checking for a fresh client patch usually forces the latest server-side flags to refresh!
