I cant find where to email ccleaner. I dont remember ever signing up to the subscription. I put my email into to find my licence key to cancel and it says I dont have a licence key. It charged my bank 62.95 AUD. I would like to refund that money and cancel anything ive signed up too.
What charged your bank?
There should be a transaction description to indicate where the money went.
PS. If you have never had a subscription then CCleaner, or their payment processors, cannot have your banking details.
