Hi @eva1309 and welcome to the Forums,
Are you reporting that CC is, but shouldn't (a bug), remove your window sizes, or that it is and you'd rather it wouldn't (a suggestion)?.
And just for clarity, are you going to particular sites, in Chrome, and resizing the Chrome Window for that site, which then isn't being remember the next time you go to that site?
In case it changes things for you, update to the latest Chrome - v54.0.2840.99
