I donate 20? for CCleaner. I mean, the statement "Everyone who donates ?10 ($20) or more will be sent all new releases before they're available to download on the site. is a fake. Nobody ask for a E-Mail Adress or other legitimation.

Did you actually get the Cclean "Free"?! I down loaded and got a Free scan followed up with a message that it would not fix the problems until I "register" the program and when I hit register it really meant Buy. I also can not see that it does anymore than "Norton's system works", if anyone can show me it is better, I'll down load again and buy the product. Periform calls itself "Freeware" but I think only scans are free.

CCleaner is totally free to all users. It does not offer a scan and then say it will mend things if you buy. You must be talking about another software which is trying to impersonate ccleaner. Also CCleaner is not a virus or malware remover.

I would need to retrace my surfaing steps. I will follow your web addy to down load there. I know I have down loaded that dang faker a couple of times! So to be sure, I will try to relocate them and get back on here with a warning, I promise! I hate fakers and identity thieves. Thank you so much for straightening me out!
