Does your Vista do this?

If I clean with CCleaner (or any cleaning app), reboot and run CCleaner immediately it will find 16 to 20mb of files everytime!

Looks normal to me.

WBEM logs, that one in particular from your screenshot is 16 MB. It's something that's re-created by Windows - so no real way around it.

So I just rebooted my XP desktop and ran CC - only 35kb. I guess my point is, is this a Vista phenomenon or just my Vista? Thank You!

Vista here.

With CCleaner if I hit analyze it shows about a meg to delete with no WBEM logs showing up.

If I hit Run Cleaner then CCleaner shows around 17 meg cleaned up and which includes the WBEM logs.

So in effect there is a discrepancy between analyzing and what is actually deleted.

Noticed this a while ago but didn't really bother me and as Andavari says, the WBEM logs are recreated everytime.
