Does CC's "Compact Databases" do the exact same thing as SpeedyFox?

I just read up about SpeedyFox, and it seems to do exactly the same.

I have used the 'Compact Database' option once in CCleaner, and it takes a rather long time. So this is something I will only use from time to time, e.g. once in a month. I will not keep it permanently checked.

Agree, however, SF is really, really fast!
