Does CCleaner report and clean RAM ?

I have a new Dell Alienware Core I7, 8th Gen and have purchased the CCleaner Pro.

I am wondering if CCleaner checks and "cleans" RAM. I also use System Mechanic Pro and it does check, report on and clean RAM usage.

Just wondering. THanks

No ccleaner only deals with files and registry entries, not ram

The only thing RAM related you'll see in CCleaner is informational, it's located near the very top of it where it gives system specification information such as this: 

Windows 10 64-bit
Intel Core i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz, 16.0GB RAM, Intel UHD Graphics 620
