Does CCleaner Pro Include VPN?

I've been using CCleaner Pro for a few years now, and I seem to recall at one point it included a VPN (HMA).

It's been a couple years since I thought about using a VPN, but I'm circling back to it now. (Most of my surfing is pretty light, and standard. No top secret work that might get re-directed.)

Even though my CCleaner Pro license is up to date, HMA does not activate.

Was this VPN removed from the bundle?

HMA has been offered in the past as an 'extra' with some bundles.

So it depends if it was in the bundle at the time you bought. (And if you then activated it?).
