Does CCleaner has build in "Firefox profile path" variable?

There are lots of Firefox extenstions will generate backup file or something else in Firefox profile folder. I can clean them by assigning absolute path in custom page, but this won't work if I change to another computer or change the Firefox profile folder. Is it possible to export one special variable for Firefox profile folder? And I can write some rules for the extenstions. Thanks for your help.

CCleaner's detection of Firefox and its user profile paths are coded into CCleaner. Therefore there's no real way to get around from making your own cleaner on each individual system to my knowledge.

i am pretty sure the sort answer to that question is no

however you if you know the file name of the backup file you can add it in to winapp2.ini and have ccleaner delete the files for you. i was messing around with this a little earlier and i sort of got it to work. i was trying this with my cookie swap plug-in. if you wanted it to appear under the Firefox category you would enter something like this:

[**CookieSwap]

LangSecRef=3026

as far as i know LangSecRef=3026 is undocumented i found it and a few other when i was messing around with winapp2.ini below are some of the other ones i found. they my also be useful to you.

3026 = Firefox

3027 = Opera

3028 = Safari

the only way to make it portable to another machine would be to use a relative path for example instead of writing FileKey1=C:\\Documents and Settings\Application Data\Acronis\TrueImage\LastURL.dat you would write FileKey1=%userprofile%\Application Data\Acronis\TrueImage\LastURL.dat

i am new here but i think i am right on this one

You can also just add it to the Include section without having to code a cleaner/plugin for it:

1. Click: Options->Include

2. On the main CCleaner page in the large Cleaner area under Advanced enabled:

Custom Files and Folders (this allows your Options->Include items to be cleaned, otherwise it won't work).
