I’ve been using this product for 20 years. I’ve been paying for it for the past 10 ever since they updated to number seven I can’t get it working. They said they didn’t pay for it so I paid for it. Guess what I paid for it back in the spring now I’ve paid for it twice and I cannot get a hold of anybody at their customer service. I can’t get the product to work and I’m paying them extra. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you. If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
I am having the exact same problem! I’ve been trying to get this darn thing to work for months, uninstall, reinstall, repair. . Now I find out today I’ve been charged twice!
