My subscription fee was charged on Dec.1st, even though the subscription doesn't renew until Jan. 1st.
It bounced because there is nothing on that credit card.
So I complained in the email that it shouldn't be charging a month in advance.
I got a reply about the "reasons" for it, disregarding my clear command not to charge my card a month in advance.
Later the system charged it again and the payment went through. Fine, I just let it go. You people want to be arrogant like that? Fine. It's not worth fighting about.
Then I got another reply with more nonsense, and asking me if I want to refund the order.
I was crystal clear on saying NOT TO REFUND THE ORDER.
And then what happened? I got another email stating the order was refunded. YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME WITH THIS!
