Do not create folder in start menu

When the option to add a start menu shortcut is selected, CCleaner creates a folder with a shortcut for the program itself and a URL to ccleaner.com. I request the developers not to add a folder and only add a shortcut to the program itself. The URL to ccleaner.com is not necessary since there is a link to site within the CCleaner program. I have attached images showing how it looks now by default and how it should look after my suggestion is implemented.

I've always just manually deleted those myself, been doing it for two plus decades since the Windows 98 era. And yes they're indeed unnecessary and most programs create those URL links.

As of Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 21277, "we’ve updated our folder logic in Start menu’s all apps list so that if a folder only contains a single item we will now display that item in place of the folder."

I ask the CCleaner team to please consider not including the CCleaner Homepage URL shortcut in the CCleaner start menu folder by default, in order to take advantage of this new behavior.
