Do LCD monitors get image burn?

I always thought there was no image burn on LCD's. But lo and behold, I'm getting one. WTF..?

They shouldn't as far as i know, was it a cheep brand?

Let us know what brand and model so we can avoid it :P

I'm pretty sure any kind of monitor/tv can.

As long as you use a screensaver or turn it off when not in use it shouldn't.

So basically its probably just temporary but there is a chance that it isnt.. sounds about the same as regular monitors to me. :P

They recommended the same things I said to prevent it though. :D
