I forgot to mention that is in Windows 7 64bit.

Where does this software store it's information? Ditto is not a program currently covered in CCleaner's Apps section (nor in the supplemental Winapp2.ini).
You need to show us where the files or registry entries are stored so we can tell you what to uncheck, or what to exclude.
Hi jerry, and welcome to the forum.
I had a look at this under Returnil on my XP machine, and if it's this list, popped up by double clicking the systray icon, you refer to as "past pastes" ...
... then the data is stored in the "C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Ditto\ditto.db" database file, and it isn't affected on my machine by running CCleaner.
That's as I say on my XP machine, however if you have the same database file in the corresponding location on your Win7 machine then try adding that file or folder to CCleaners "exclude" routine by simply dragging the folder or the ditto.db file into the exclude window ... "CCleaner\Options\Exclude".
That being said, I can't see why CCleaner should be removing that file, and I have ran CCleaners "Issues" registry cleaner, and again that file wasn't affected.
Try excluding that "ditto.db" file and see if that does the trick.
Dennis:
I have have no idea where the data is stored. Win 7 uses a different storage mechanism than Win XP. Ditto is no longer supported and I think that all Win 7 is a poor copy of Vista that may have very few enhancements. It's just a new version created to make money. I liked the previous version of CC that worked with Win 7. I guess I will only use CC every once in a while. Thank you for trying to help.

Jerry, try going to %AppData%\Ditto and seeing if the file is there.
Dennis:
Where would I enter %AppData%...? I searched in "start" for Ditto.db but the only file I found highlighted was U3-Install.htm which is in a sub-file in Ditto and seems to be some for Firefox file in the sub-folder of Ditto all under Program Files (x86). I wish I had WinXP again! Also Winpatrol and the the shortcut icons disappear if they ever show up.

You can enter it in the "Run" box (the start menu on win7, also accessed by holding the 'windows' key and pressing R) or by tying it in the address bar of Windows Explorer.
Thank you. That seems to work. It is strange when I did the search for Ditto.db in Win7 nothing was selected even with show hidden files working. But when I keyboarded Windows Start+r and run came up and I inserted %AppData%Ditto.db and it worked.

Glad you found the file
