I run Windows 10 64 bit with the A/U and Ccleaner V 5.23.5808.When analized,some of the files I wish to delete launch a diologue box

with the message"Access is denied,you require permission from Trustedinstaller to make changes to this file".Any Idea what this means?

It means you're trying to delete a file you shouldn't, probably a system file.

Edit: trustedinstaller is a windows user, made by the system to perform certain tasks the files you are trying to remove are in a folder which has (or they themselves have) permissions your user isn't granted.

Thanks for the reply Nergal,it`s out of my comfort zone so I`ll leave well alone,although the files I wanted to delete

are old mp4 video files that I uploaded from a camera.
