L’installation de CCleaner pro Version 6.39 s’est bien passée. Cependant quand je veux rouvrir l’application en cliquant sur l’icone de mon bureau, l’application réinstalle CCleaner mais la version gratuite que j’ai désinstallée précédemment.
Auriez vous une solution à ce problème ? Merci pour votre aide
The installation of CCleaner Pro Version 6.39 went smoothly. However, when I try to reopen the application by clicking on its desktop icon, it reinstalls CCleaner, but the free version that I previously uninstalled.

Are you meaning that you have rolled back fron CCleaner 7 to CCleaner v6.39?
Simply go to Options > License key and enter your existing licence key to Activate CCleaner v 6.39 as Professional.
If you need to look up your CCleaner licence key then use this tool: CCleaner.com - License Lookup
If however you mean that it is updating itself to CCleaner 7 again then carefully follow the instructions here and turn off the automatic updating of v6.39.
