How to disable CCleaner fullscreen ?
Without going to a 640x480 window, obviously...
I do not know the dimensions of the minimum window of cc... perhaps 640 x 480 or so
at the bottom right of window of CCleaner with the mouse pointer reduce the size...
ps: i have try it on vista with min 800 x 600 resolution... smaller it doesnt seem to go
Trium
Clicking the second button will RESTORE the window, which is bad.
I can see you are trying to help, but we need to start again:
If you are using Firefox or InternetExplorer, press F11
See ? This is the fullscreen mode
CCleaner is like this since version 5, which is a goddam scheisse !
On any windows, when you click on the maximize button, the window takes almost the whole screen. That's what I want. A normal window, maximized.
Resuming: Not small (like a square), and Not Fullscreen. I want Maximized.
If you are using Firefox or InternetExplorer, press F11
See ? This is the fullscreen mode
i think this is not available in ccleaner
Resuming: Not small (like a square), and Not Fullscreen. I want Maximized.
sorry, i have you misunderstood
ps. deutsch wäre auch gegangen
if you want you can make gladly a suggestion in the subforum "Ccleaner Suggestions"
maybe the terminology is the hurdle. firstly, CC has no full screen mode - just to clear that up.
my spin on the terminology is;
- fullscreen is maximised without any toolbars or menu bars showing.
- maximised is the program 'docked' to all the edges of the screen.
- minimised is the program sitting, running, in the Taskbar.
In your 1st post @LucasBS you wanted to know how to get out of 'fullscreen'. since double clicking the title bar or the Restore button toggles between 'docked' and 'undocked' this can be the only 2 versions of fullscreen available.
I have CC v5.05.5176 on Win8 and when maximised it takes up (not almost but) the whole screen, maximised.
There has been a few 'issues' with the GUI of v5, and a new version was recently released with further refinements in that area, have you got the latest version?
