In the schedule option for Defraggler, there's "At Startup" and "At Logon".
What's the difference between these two, and which one should I use of all 6 options?
I daily install and delete chunks of data, so I guess I should defrag often?

Thanks for not answering. Man, this forum is so dull.
when in doubt RTFM.
found here; http://www.piriform.com/docs/defraggler/defraggler-settings/scheduler
it may offer a guide on how to proceed.
or better yet, best way to learn is experience. try selecting each setting and seeing how it effects things.
the forum is made up of members just like you, people looking for answers and willing to share info.
if you wait more than one day, eventually someone with the info you seek may see your request and respond.

If you only have one user on a PC there isn't much different between start-up and log in; startup will start defraggler's schedule when the computer turns on from being shut down (not sleep or hibernation) whether you are logged in or not. log in schedule will wait until you log in (enter the computer to the desktop after a shut down or sign out)
