I cannot uninstall Yahoo! Powered.
Can I use "Delete" from the tools screen? Is it the same thing?

Yahoo Powered is not a 'normal' program I am afraid as you can see from here
It may be easier for you to go to one of the Malware Removal forums such as are mentioned in item 10 here
