every time i run cc, the desktop settings are lost. the files for MSVDM are stored in temporary files, i think. in c/cleaner i unchecked temporary files under internet explorer but the files for msvdm are still gone. i have to download program each time and reset. i tried downloading to another folder but no luck. what am i doing wrong, i find both programs useful and want to keep.
