Once I downloaded and ran the cleaner, now I can't find a shortcut. The only place I saw it was install/uninstall in the computer section.
any help?

did you do the install version? if so try c:\program files\ccleaner
then right click the program file (ccleaner.exe) and choose send to>Desktop (create shortcut)
Its on my desktop in the admin account, but not my everday account I use. will try what you posted.
