Deleting saved cookies

Hello,

I am using Windows 10 64 bit presently. I have used CCleaner for many years.

I try to save certain cookies with CCleaner such as opt-out cookies from the Network Advertising Initiative website.

But for some strange reason each time I update CCleaner to the latest version, all these saved cookies are deleted by CCleaner.

Can someone please help with this issue?

By the way-I do not use the Edge browser nor Bing search because privacy is important to me.
