deleting cookies

I clicked on the 'options' section then 'cookies' and have a list of cookies to delete buthow do I delete them, I can't find anything there to do it????

Hi Imas, you don't need to do anything. CCleaner deletes both IE and Firefox cookies as long as both "cookies" boxes are checked in the Cleaner section.

What you are looking at is CCleaners option to keep any cookies that may contain site login details etc.. You would just move them across to the "Cookies to Keep" window.

Have a read here,

CCleaner Beginners Guide:

I un-checked the delete cookies and History boxes and it still deleted them. Is anybody else having that problem? It's not a big deal cause I keep my log in and PW for all the sites that I have to register to, which seams to be every single site. I'm just wondering if it's a bug or not.

Ahhh, ok. It works backwards. Leave the box checked and it leaves the cookies.

Eh?
