I highlighted "some" files/folders in "My Pictures" and somehow in error i must have highlighted all of the files/folders in "My Pictures" and deleted the whole lot of "My Pictures" contents. Is there a way to recover "My Pictures" with all of the files/folders in it please? I have been trying RECUVA but files can only be selected individually and also identifiying them as the one`s i want is a problem. Any ideas please?
Right click the Recuva display panel and select Tree View, You can expand the view to find your folder and then recover the folder complete.
Thanks. I did what you said. Could you tell me where do i go from there (see attached) to find My Pictures with all the folders i deleted yesterday?Right click the Recuva display panel and select Tree View, You can expand the view to find your folder and then recover the folder complete.
Hi jules.
Click the + sign, and that will open up the "tree" to the next level. Then open up more levels with other + signs which will then be displayed.
Your "My Pictures" folder will be under something like ...
"C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\My Pictures"
... which is the path in XP. Other Operating Systems will be the same or similar.
Thank You, i did that and found something but not all of the "My Pictures" files/ folders i deleted yesterday. (attached)Hi jules.
