I deleted google chrome from my computer. now when I receive e-mails from piriform I can't get direct
links from my hotmail account. when i hit the link i receive an error message. had to reinstall just to
become member to post message.
was chrome your default browser?
if so choose the browser you want and set it as default (Control Panel Default Programs)
What does this have to do with ccleaner though ?

so far ccleaner has been the only message affected by my removing google chrome, your fix worked.
