Well, no.
CCleaner cleans specific places only.
But you might want to try Wise Disk Cleaner. (It has nothing to do with Piriform, CCleaner, Me, the forum or anybody in here. Try at your own risk.)
Thanks for the head up - I wasn't out to offend anyone or Ccleaner as I think it's great, it serves a terrific purpose to clean up the c**p.
Do you see a danger in deleting files of those type in general? If so, I would be keen to know. Thanks.

Don't worry, you didn't. I was just trying to be cool with the mods and staff.
Do you see a danger in deleting files of those type in general?
I wouldn't delete them if they're recent.
I don't use Wise Disk Cleaner right now, but back then when I used it I never had any problems.
You don't always gain much from deleting these files (that's why I stopped using it),
but it's useful to run a scan once in a while.
Another good one is your uninstaller, It has a disk wipe.
