They are unrecoverable because there's already data overwriting it (files on top) there for a secure delete (which overwrites data on top of the file) can't be performed.

I see so when i copy all data elsewese, erase the HDD with lets say CCleaner's Drive Wipe (1 pass) and copy data back to the HDD, will that work?
