defraggler works to 50% then says defraggler stopped working

hi i am running windows 7 pro and had defraggler on my comp for about 1 year with xp pro and now windows 7. after defraggler upgrade it only works to about 50%. then says defraggler stopped working. tried redownloading but no success. are there any suggestions? thanks tony <_<

Perhaps you could run in debug mod and attach the log here in a post

ok hazelnut will run in debug and post as soon as i get home. tried downloaging to file and then installing worked 1 time last nite. will post again asap. thanks
