I open defraggler and it starts. Then I hit analyze and an error message comes up saying that defraggler has to shut down. Microsoft keeps asking if i want to send an error report. I've sent one three times but nothing has been resolved. Can anyone help?
Can you give more info please such as your operating system, and version of Defraggler used.
Are you a new user to Defraggler or is this something that has just started happening.
Are you the only user on the machine?
Perhaps you could run Defraggler in debug mode (if you feel up to it) and attach the log here for the devs to look at?
