Using ver 2.14.706, XP SP3.
Program lists C drive, A drive, and an external drive (E), but does not list or recognize my second internal drive (F). How do I get it to recognize this drive so I can use the program to def rag it?
is there anything 'special' about drive F:\?
like is it a SSD, is it RAW, how is it formatted? stuff like that.
Can you access it from Windows Explorer?
Go into Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management, Disk Management and see how it differs from your C:\ drive.
Look in the Status column, does it have a Primary Partition.
Is it Simple or Dynamic?
