I have a 360 GB HDD that is 75% full. running latest version of Defraqggler and after Analysis it shows 464 files (103.5 GB) fragmented.
I then select Defrag and NOTHING happens! The progress is stuck on 0% and has been that way for 3 DAYS! I think I've been patient enought!
What's wrong with Defraggler?

Welcome USAOz. I commend you for having so much patience. Mine would have expired after one hour.
I suggest you abort and completely uninstall Defraggler, then DL and install the Defraggler - Slim from the bottom of the list at http://www.piriform.com/defraggler/builds
After analyzing, defrag only the files by ticking ☑ Filename in File list. 
File defrag is very fast.
I also suggest checking the drive for errors. Advanced > Check Drive for Errors
