Defraggler Doesn't Totally Defrag

I downloaded & installed defraggler a few days ago. On running the program it corrected quite a few files. But it left a large amount fragmented and showed a large portion of my drive % to still be fragmented. Also the little blocks at the top are still scattered. I even ran it in Safe Mode. I'm running Windows Vista Premium 32 bit. Any suggestions?

Click on some of those red blocks in mid disk and you will see they are mostly Sys Vol Info (Restore Point files). They are protected system files.

If the high count bugs you just delete some of the older ones with CCleaner's Tools \ System Restore.

Most probably System Volume Information files like kroozer said.

By the way it seems your pagefile is fragmented. You should probably defrag it with Defraggler's boot-time defrag option (Settings->Boot Time Defrag->Run Once). You could get a noticable performance improvement if you do.

Thanks guys, that explains a lot. Most of the red blocks were sys vol. My computer is running fine so I'll leave things be for the moment. I do use CCleaner often.
