Installed Defraggler on two PCs: a desktop and notebook, both running XP SP2 with essentially identical configurations. On the desktop, it works beautifully. On the notebook, analysis continually shows 0% analyzed and finally shows analysis completed with a report that the drive does not contain any fragmented files. However, two other defraggers (Windows and PefectDisk 7) each report numerous fragmented files. Rebooting has no effect; neither does uninstalling and reinstalling Defraggler. Any ideas?
