I have used Defraggler for years with no problem worth mentioning. However, I have now encrypted my desktop computer (mounting XP pro 32 bit) with Truecrypt. It seems that Defraggler is suddenly unable to cope with defragmenting file systems. The number of fragmented files is rising quickly and Defraggler is only able to address a tiny percentage of them.
I would like to know if this is a known issue and what I can do to solve the problem. Would restoring the standard Windows defrag tool help, and if so, how am I going to do it?
The percentage of fragmented file systems is rising fast and I am concerned the system may become unstable.
