Defraggler and Karpesky files

I installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 on my PC (Win7 x64 Sp1).

Defraggler v.2.08.373(64bit) does not defrag Kaspersky files (stored in C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP12\.... ) but Windows defrag work fine on these files.

Any suggestion ?

Other members have also reported that those files can't be defragged.

Maybe not cos Windows doesn't report all. Run Windows Disk Defragmenter, then analyze with Defraggler and see all the stuff Windows Defragger ignored. :)

I know this, and that's the reason why I use Defreggler on regular basis.

But in this particular case Windows Disk Degreggler works better than Piriform.

Try adding Defraggler.exe and Defraggler86.exe to kaspersky's Trusted Application list (see pic below).

Thanks a lot Namor. Very usefull information. Now both Defragler 32 and 64 work fine.
