Defraggler ADDING Fragmented Files?

Hey! First of all, Defraggler has been WONDERFUL!!! I thank you for bringing such a fine product to the market - and you can't beat the price!!! HOWEVER, something strange has just started happening... as I run Defraggler (v.1.12.152), it seems to be ADDING fragmented files to my hard drive - AND IT WON'T DEFRAG THEM. I went to the forum and did the "Shadow Copy" action, but it still is adding... right now, I have 28% fragmented files (totalling over 70 GIG) and each time I run Defraggler, the percentage and size just increases!!! HELP!!!

Hi. Try this:

First, run a clean with CCleaner.

Then run a "Quick Defrag" and let it finish.

I did... I tried everything Defraggler had to offer... even running CCleaner (which is also a great program!)

I resorted to Windows Defrag... even that didn't work...

I actually had to run JKDefrag in order to correct the situation... I hate to say that, but that's what it took...
