Defrag not working Windows 10

Yep not working. I can open the program. When I select defrag it just completes with nothing changed. I started with 6.1GB fragged and ended with the same value 6.1

Ideas?

Try opening defraggler in Elevated Adminstrator Mode. Even though the icon may have the adminstrator shield, right-click the icon and "Run as Administrator." What this will do is ensure you get the dialog that asks do you want this program to make changes.

Instead of the size fragmented, what % is still fragmented? Have you followed the advice given here

I uninstalled and reinstalled. Works properly now. FYI Windows 10
