I suspect that some of the specific additional information of the error vary from instance to instance, but this crops up every time I try to defrag the whole drive. I can run a quick defrag or defrag a certain folder--and that'll go without dying some of the time, but that only does so much.
Problem Event Name: BEX sounds like you have an DEP error or buffer overrun which is not good.
What CPU / OS / Service Pack /Security Apps do you have installed on your machine??
If you have a few hours to spare I would run "chkdsk c: /f /r" and reboot Windows this checks for file inconsistencies and fixes them it may help to prevent Defraggler from crashing.
