Deep scan recovered four big FLV files

Recently, my HDD was accidentally cleared, and in the same moment I downloaded Recuva and did a deep scan. After taking two hours of scanning for files, only four, 5-gigabytes-sized each FLV files were recovered, taking into consideration that I haven't had any FLV files stored in the disk that I recovered, the files have the name format of [00000x].flv. Is there any hope that I can somehow fragment these FLV files which I doubt all my files are in? Or should I try another scan?

Recuva scans each cluster looking for a recognisable file signature. I can only assume that these four were all it found. As we don't know how the disk was 'cleared' and what was there before, it's difficult to know what else can be achieved.
