What am I supposed to do now?
I'm just running it again. Same as last time, it's giving me a progress bar and saying it's already found 3,266 files and counting, but last time they didn't appear.
Latest Win10, latest everything.

The usual reason for this condition is that you have something in the file/path selection box, and no file that Recuva found fits the selection criteria.
