DDR2 overclocking?

im planning on overclocking my new rig.. currently im getting a 3200 venice processor, but i was wondering is ddr2 not the way to go for overclocking?

thank you MP, but that wouldn't help me becuase of AMD's 64 bit architectures the on die memory controller is built into the Chip, if they wanted to support DDR2 they would have to remanufacture a whole new line of chips. Unllike the 64's the intels have their memory controllers on what i believe is the northbridge so for intel's it only matter if the mobo supports it. Thanks anyway though.

no problem, i use the speedswitchxp and powertrio on my laptop. saves a lot of battery when i'm mobile.
