I have shift delete a folder by mistake which I need to recover.
I have bought Recuva Pro but it seems not to recover permanently deleted files. Is this a bug?
Can anyone help?

What results are you getting? What options are you using?

The scan brings several files but nothing from the folder I shift-deleted. I am using the standard options and have under "Options -> Actions" enabled "Restore folder structure".
