This guy wasn't blind drunk, but....... see for yourself.
He was in the car with a 16 year old... Why didnt he just let him drive? Dumb.
Reminds me of some of those Police chase videos they show on T.V., I don't remember what country it was in but a suspect was attempting to escape a Police vehicle on a bicycle while drunk - it was a miserable mess and the Police were able to just tackle him off his getaway toy.
