cyclican redundancy error at 7% of scan.

When I have tried to run the scan, the scan progresses to 7% and then reports error (cyclical redundancy) What should be my next step?

Sorry Mr Ron, I don't know how or where to get the error log...Can you suggest where or how to find it?
