Customize anti-tracking

I am trying to load a weather site but it loads and then the screen goes blank. If I turn off anti-tracking it works, but then I've turned it off for all sites.

Can I somehow white list just this site so I can turn anti-tracking back on?

Generally you can do this by going to security and center:

Than find the anti-tracking mode to set it off or on. Follow the screenshot

This does not whitelist a site.
