Customer Services not replying to emails

Tried to cancel CCleaner Pro and get a refund, then was offered extra six months free by customer services. They said just reply and it will be done. Still not been done after several emails over 3 weeks. No answer, no acknowledgement, NOTHING. Sick of being ignored. Not a good service

Bumped for staff attention.

I have been waiting for a response to my request for a refund after I was charged even though I canceled my account. Please advise.
