Custom clean will not delete

How do I remove these. Total 32426 KB junk

Is it actually saying that the cleanig is 'Skipped' ?

If Custom Clean is saying that something is being 'Skipped' then that is because it is still running.

In this case it sounds as if your browser is open. 

Close the browser and it should then be cleaned instead of skipped.
